Relationship and Mental Health Coaching
Relationship and Mental Health Coaching (RMHC) integrates emotional well‑being with the intentional development of healthier, more meaningful relationships. This coaching approach provides practical, forward‑focused strategies to strengthen communication, navigate conflict with clarity, and set goals with purpose. Clients learn to deepen self‑awareness, establish healthy boundaries, and cultivate the skills needed for authentic, life‑giving connections—whether in marriage, family, friendships, or professional settings.
RMHC also equips individuals with tools for active listening, expressing needs with confidence, and approaching disagreements with emotional steadiness and respect. Alongside relational growth, coaching supports the management of daily stress, anxiety, and life transitions. Through this process, clients gain insight into their emotional responses, develop healthier thought patterns, and build resilience.
The goal of coaching is to empower meaningful growth through a structured, action‑oriented process that supports lasting change. This approach is grounded in the belief that each client is the expert on their own life. By honoring that expertise, coaching fosters self‑efficacy as clients discover their capacity to self‑motivate, make informed choices, and enhance their overall well‑being.
RMHC is not therapy. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health disorders. Instead, it supports the maintenance of your overall mental well‑being while you manage any previously treated conditions or navigate circumstantial emotional challenges. Coaching focuses on forward-moving practical tools and strategies that complement—not replace—clinical care by a physician or therapist.

Boundaries are meant to regulate relationships, not destroy them. Loving, healthy boundaries sound like honest truths expressed with respect.
" I need us to communicate with respect. Can you do that with me?"
" I want to stay connected, and I need some space to gather my thoughts before continuing."
"I'm open to this discussion, and I need you to let me finish my thoughts without interruption."
Areas of Support
Military and First Responders Coaching (MFRC) and Clergy
US Military branches, Law Enforcement, Firemen, Paramedics, EMT's, Trauma Personnel and Clergy.
Having supported my husband through years of deployment in Afghanistan and Iraq—and navigating the challenges that come with holding life together at home—along with carrying the concerns of having a close relative in law enforcement, I understand firsthand the emotional strain high‑risk professions place on individuals and their families. I’ve also walked alongside patients, caregivers, and medical personnel during seasons of significant stress and crisis. This includes clergy, who—like many others—often do not seek help. These experiences can lead to Secondary Traumatic Stress (STS). Caring for those in these professions is deeply personal to me, and it remains close to my heart.
I believe in providing a safe, supportive space to talk through the wide range of challenges you may face, using trauma‑informed and culturally aware approaches. Together, we can build resilience, identify and access the right resources, and take meaningful steps toward growth. It is possible to continue the work you are called to do while easing the emotional burden that comes with it, creating a more balanced and flourishing life.
"There are those among us who live in rooms of
experience that you and I cannot enter."
- John Steinbeck

Holistic Wellness
Involves looking at all aspects of a person's life, or the body, mind and spirit.
Modern society often views a person in separate parts—physical health is addressed by doctors, spiritual needs are supported by pastors, and mental well‑being is guided by therapists. Yet I strongly believe that every facet of who we are is interconnected, and each area influences the others. That’s why caring for your whole person—body, mind, and spirit—is essential. Together, we can explore the areas that shape your daily life, such as nutrition, movement, sleep, spiritual practices, finances, and more. The goal is to support optimal functioning wherever possible so you can experience greater balance and fulfillment in life. Grief and Loss
All types of loss including; death, divorce, job, chronic or terminal illness, estrangement, empty nest, retirement, etc.
Grief and loss take many forms. While the death of a loved one can be profoundly traumatic, we can also experience deep pain from the end of a relationship, chronic illness, estrangement from family or friend, the transition to an empty nest, or the loss of a job. No matter the source of your grief, you don’t have to walk through it alone. Together, we can navigate this season with compassion, helping you regain a sense of wholeness and renewed strength.

Spiritual Direction
Explore and deepen your spiritual beliefs and practices.
Spiritual Direction is a part of wellness, yet deserving of it's own specialty for the impact it can make. Spiritual guidance can help you understand who God is (and who He is not) and how to cultivate a closer relationship with Him. Through this process, it can help you discover and celebrate how God is working in your life, discern His voice, teach you how to turn to Him through life's challenges, and to cultivate further spiritual practices. Spiritual growth can be transformative, shaping every aspect of your life for the better.

"Powerlessness over another person's choices is the doorway to responsibility for your own life."
