How long does the coaching process take?


The duration of coaching varies depending on individual goals and needs. Some clients may see significant progress in a few sessions, while others may choose to engage in a longer-term coaching relationship. The first few coaching sessions are more in depth, but the coaching process will become less time consuming once I am familiar with your goals and desires and know more about you. There is an option to purchase 30-minute phone sessions for this purpose specifically, after you have completed two-full sessions.


Is coaching confidential?


Yes, with my certifications, I adhere to the ethical standards set by the governing boards. Also, your information is never shared without your permission, except in situations where I am legally required to report for safety or mandated‑reporting purposes.
